Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to transition and get settled. Mats and props are provided for yoga classes, or feel free to bring your own. Mindfulness classes are informal and require no special preparation or attire.
Classes take place at 3750 Cartier Street, in the carriage house. Parking is free and easy. Please see the contact page for further details.
